I am delighted to announce that Ed N3US and I have agreed that AARC and W4UVA will jointly operate the Virginia QSO Party from the W4UVA club station on Observatory Hill at the University of Virginia. The 2017 calendar for AARC PS events is already showing dates to reserve. The Jefferson Cup Bike Races will take place on Sunday, April 2 and may be the 28th year of AARC support for this event.
