The AARC Annual Awards Banquet will be held at the Timberwood Grill, 3311 Worth Crossing, Charlottesville, VA 22911, at 6 PM on December 9, 2025.
The total cost per person for the three-entree buffet is only $20. This includes non-alcoholic beverages and tips. A cash bar will also be available. Each member may bring one guest.
Seating is limited to 50 attendees. The deadline for sign up is Monday, December 1st. Payments must accompany registration.
