Exam Rules

1. Exam Fee Is $14.00
   You must bring the exact amount in cash - no checks, no change is available
2. You must bring a picture Identification with you.
3. The testing group will NOT re-test except under extraordinary circumstances.
4. Bring your original license and/or any CSCE's AND a copy of each.
   NOTE: There is no copy machine available at the test site.
5. Written elements (2,3,4) must be passed in order and none may be skipped.
6. We use ARRL tests for all written elements (2,3,4).
7. The test session begins at 9:00 AM, please be timely.
8. We will furnish all the forms that you need to fill out.
9. Walk-ins will gladly be served provided forms and materials are available.
10. We will make provisions for handicapped persons if we have prior notice.
11. You may take as many exams as you desire for the one $14.00 fee.

In order for us to make sure we have enough test materials for all examinees, we ask that you pre-register for the license exam.

Thanks for allowing the AARC VE team to assist you. We will do everything possible to make your test session an enjoyable experience. The AARC VE team is authorized to conduct amateur radio exams as part of the ARRL VEC program.
